Coda di volpe is an ancient Campania vine already known in Roman times as "cauda vulpium". It was once considered a second-rate vine used exclusively as a blend. Today, thanks to pure winemaking with modern methods, it has reached very high quality levels.

The wine is straw yellow in color with golden reflections; on the nose there are hints of white fruit and aromatic herbs with a prevalence of chamomile. Dry on the palate with beautiful freshness and ripe fruit flavors with good persistence.

It pairs perfectly with many preparations based on fish, crustaceans, molluscs and seafood, but also adapts very well to delicate white meat preparations and medium-aged cheeses.
